We currently offer 7 differents datacenters for our VPS :
Nurember (Germany), Falkenstein (Germany) , Helsinki (Finland) , Ashburn, VA (United States), Hillsboro, OR (United States), Spokane, WA (United States), Montreal (Canada), Amsterdam (Netherlands) and Singapore.
Our unmetered VPS are only available in Montreal and Amsterdam.
More location might be available in the future based on demand.
Currently we do not own the datacenters we are using. We are renting hardware from well established datacenter and set up our own virtualization stack.

We do not collect any private informations beside your email address.
Some of our ip ranges works in Turkmenistan, some of them do not. Unfortunately we do not have control over which ip is allocated to which VPS. So that make it impossible to make sure that you can have a working IP.
We plan on having more control over our IP ranges in the future, but we do not have an ETA for that.
Yes we support 2FA. You can setup 2FA for you account here: Configure 2FA
You can use a temporary email addresses but you should make sure you can always access that inbox as this address will be used to notify you about important informations regarding your VPS or your account, as well as outstanding invoices and other billing related communications.
You should make sure that no one else can access that inbox, otherwise they will have full access over your account and servers (unless you activated 2FA).

Yes! DDOS protection is included in all of our plans.
You can choose your billing cycle at checkout from 1 month to 1 year. After your order is completed you can also change your billing cycle to any number of months up to 1 year in your control panel.
We offer a 7 day grace period on all our products except ARM VPS and cloud servers. For ARM VPS and Cloud servers new customer get a 2 day grace period, then 7 days grace period after they pay 3 invoices.
You will be reminded 7 days in advance about your renewals. If you do not renew passed those 7 days and your grace period has passed, your associated product(s) will be terminated.
You can find a list of all activities that we do not allow in our terms and conditions. Breaking our TOS will result in instant termination of your server.

Outbound port 25, 465 and 587 are blocked by default on all VPS to prevent spamming. You can contact us to request unblocking. Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
Once your order have been completed, your server(s) will be available and ready in less than 24h. It usually only takes a few minutes.
Please note that crypto currencies payments take 3 confirmations to be completed.
Upon order you will be given ssh access to your server. You will also have VNC access available in your control panel.
In case you did not receive your root password by email you can go to your server page at https://my.servers.guru and click on the “rebuild” button.
This will reinstall your server and a new root password will be shown to you.
Our Cloud servers and ARM servers are using a 10Gbp/s port speed.
Our regular offering have the port speed specified for each plan.
Our unmetered VPS are using a 1Gbp/s port speed.
All our servers are using KVM virtualization.
We offer extra NVMe SSD storage priced at €0.08 / GB / Month on certain locations.
You can order extra storage for your VPS in the Volumes section of your customer area if it is available for the current location of your VPS.
For Montreal, Amsterdam, And Spokane (USA) you need to contact us for us to manually set it up.
We offer extra Ips priced at :
– €4.50 / Month for ipv4
– €1.50 / Month for ipv6
You can order extra Ips for your VPS in the Ips section of the relevant server in your customer area.
For Montreal, Amsterdam, And Spokane (USA) you need to contact us for us to manually set it up.
Please note that for those 3 locations, ipv6 is not available.
Yes we do. You can enable / disable backups for your server in your customer area. Backups are done daily and 7 days of backup are stored for each server.
Price of backup vary based on your VPS plan. You can find that information on the relevant server section on your customer area.
You can manually mount a wide range of isos (including Window server, Kali, Arch, Pfsense etc…) from your customer area in the ISOs section of the relevant server.
Please note that manually installing from ISOs require some additional setup as detailled here.
